If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date you may either return your purchased product to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Order Changing Questions

I ordered the wrong size. Can I still change this?

Yes, you can, but you have to be swift. Once we ship your order, unfortunately, we cannot change it anymore. So if you need a change of size, contact our support team ASAP via support@spicy.deals or our contact us page. Use “Size change for order #ORDERNUMBER”

I used the wrong address. Can I still change this?

As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this in our back-end system. Please email us the correct address and your order number to support@spicy.deals or using our contact us page and we will take care of it. Use “Address change for order #ORDERNUMBER”

Once the order has shipped out, it is out of our hands. If that is the case you need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.

I changed my mind. Can I still cancel my order?

As long as your items are not in print yet or shipped, you can still cancel your order. To cancel your order email us at support@spicy.deals or via our contact us page. Use “Cancel order #ORDERNUMBER” and we will take care of it.

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds & Returns

Please do not send your items back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

We take our clients very seriously and we would like to learn from your experience. We will take refunds when:

  • The items are unworn and unwashed.
  • The items should be in the original state
  • The items are returned within 7 days after you received them.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Reasons why you want to return or exchange your order

  • A change in size

Please use our sizing guide and choose carefully. If you have picked the right size and we made an error by sending you another size, we will exchange the items immediately.

But if you made a mistake, we cannot accept an exchange or refund. Shoot us an email on support@spicy.deals or use our contact us page and we’ll try to work it out.

  • You received the wrong item

Ouch! Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. No worries, please send us a few photos via email stating your order number and which item you actually ordered. Return the items to our warehouse with a note and we will send you the correct item ASAP.

  • You changed your mind and want a different item

Sure thing, no problem. All items can be exchanged for one of equal or lesser value for free. Simply send it back to our warehouse and include a note stating which item you want + your order number and we will take care of you.

Or, we could change our mind. Shoot us an email anyway : )

  • You received a damaged item

Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case, you do not need to return the item. You can keep it or throw/give it away. The only thing we need you to do is send us an email at support@spicy.deals stating your order number and please include a photo of the damaged good. If we can see in the photo that the item is damaged, we will send you a new one 100% free of charge ASAP.

  • You didn’t receive the item at all

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days worldwide, not including 2-5 day processing) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on contact us page.

We do not offer refunds if

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • The items have been worn or washed
  • The items have been altered in any way
  • The items are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
  • The items do not have the original tags on them
  • You didn’t use our sizing guide while choosing your size
  • The items were a Final Sale item
