How much do you charge for shipping?

You can order from anywhere in the world and have our products arrive right to your doorstep.
Delivery charges are shown on each product page. They vary from $5 to $25 and are calculated per item ordered.

Free shipping is available for orders of $50 or more.

How long will delivery take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates*:

*Business days, not including weekends or holidays. This doesn’t include our 2-5 days processing time.

How secure is my online order? Is my data protected?

You can shop with confidence, knowing that transactions are protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption.

What if I typed the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.

Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your account is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the payment processor used.
Currency conversions are estimated and should be used for informational purposes only

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards and Bitcoin payments only. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation in which case we will issue a refund if the payment has been made.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.

How do I track my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order. You can track your order here.

Will I be required to pay customs or duty fees?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by us and there is literally nothing we can do about it.
By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details, please contact your local customs office.

Will my order arrive in a single package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages.

Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. We will do our best to accommodate you. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
